Nice and expressive...it can use a bit more work, but if the goal of the painting is to be expressive, then OK.

Nice painting, I really like the way you did the eye, it looks 3 dimensional. the lips are nice too. The body looks flat though. Some blue tones on the body and fin would help to suggest an underwater scene. Nice expressive work anyways, keep it up
